Time again to appreciate an old classic from a great band: Yo La Tengo, it’s your lucky day!
Lately I Can Hear the Heart Beating As One has cycled its way back into my cd player (yes, I still listen to cd’s.) Anyhoo it got me thinking, again, about how coolio YLT still is, even after all these years, AND how that 1997 album really exemplifies all of their sooper qualities. Actually when I bought I Can Hear… (for $4 at a giant used-cd store in LA) the multi-pierced alternachick cashier told me it was a “great album.” Score!
